Aramon

Red wine
Aramon is a red sort of grapes. The wine of this sort is rather unpopular because of its weak aroma, light color and a low percentage of alcohol. It is mostly produced in France, but its distribution is reducing. It is mainly used in combination with other sorts of wine.
(According to the relatively good geographical distribution, which is evident from the numerous names for this sort, I wonder whether the main problem really is deficiency of quality, or just the inability of this sort to please the today´s requirements for overproduction. ( author´s note)
